As an ISO 9001 - 9002 Ashoka Machine & Tools operate manufacturing facilities in electronic city situated near national capital region and 45 Mins from IGI Airport. Team of over 400 skilled personnel is working with us, including engineers, design draftsman, supervisers, skilled workers and certified machinist.

We work on turnkey cement project from planing to execution of complete cement plants reports and grinding units. Our cement plant machinery use Rotary Kiln Technology as well as VSK technology. We are manufacturing cement projects in all over India, Africa, Nepal, South America, Zambia, Middle East, Bangladesh.

Ashoka, in year 2011 got its most challenging job to revamp a 30 year KILN for Jammu and Kashmir Cement limited. Which at that time was giving us an output of 100TPD. Originally the Kiln was designed to give 300TPD however, during the course of time, the shells, tyres, rollers and base frames got damaged. Which was revamped and after doing the HOT and COLD alignment, we achieved a target production of 352TPD. Which was in itself an achievement was not envisaged by companies having an experience of more than 20 decades.

Ashoka did complete analysis of the KILN with complete alignment and took major refurbishing of the KILN with highly trained skilled forced which completed the KILN REVAMPING in 4 months from the go.

Hence this testimonial stands tall in ASHOKA's accomplishments.

Other accomplishments, which have made ASHOKA A renowned name in medium to large cement plant manufacturing, is with recent international projects which are under Ashoka's banners for 700TPD rotary kiln cement plant and 1,000TPD Rotary Kiln Cement Plants being completed by ASHOKA in a record time of 16 months with civil, mechanical and electrical with complete designing, engineering, manufacturing, installing and commissioning.
